Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. You have 30 days from receipt of an order to return products purchased on our website. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price.

To ensure your return or exchange is processed promptly, please follow these procedures:

1. All original packaging must be included when returning a product. This includes instruction manuals, warranty cards and certificates.

2. Notify customer service of your return at returns@sportimewatches.com.

3. Customer Service will provide you with a return address. Enclose a copy of the packing slip with your return.

4. For your protection we ask that you insure the returned items for the full amount and/or select a trackable shipping method.

Sportime Watches is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Refunds are issued to the original card used to make the purchase.

Sportime Watches will not accept returns if...

o Items are received by Sportime Watches after 30 days.

o Items are worn, used or damaged in any way. If the product was damaged during shipment please contact customer service at info@sportimewatches.com.
